Inspiriert von der anthroposophischen Menschenkunde möchte ich mit Hilfe der Waldorfpädagogik Kinder dabei begleiten, ihre Lebensaufgabe zu finden und ihre mitgebrachten Fähigkeiten zu entfalten. Vorerst kann ich durch die IAO die Lehrerausbildung und den Schulbetrieb in Mittelosteuropa unterstützen.

I am happy to share my experiences and would be happy to impove myself in the field of mentoring.

I have been teaching in Fészek Waldorf High School for more than 20 years. In the last 2 years I have concentrated my work in Teacher Trainings, Research on Waldorf Education and other Adult Trainings. I took part in the foundation of more Waldorf Schools in Hungary like Gölner Mária Regional Waldorf High School , and I'm devoted to helping colleagues and schools in development. My beloved teaching method is drama, when we use beautiful exercises to move our human capacities, and emotional being. I did my doctoral thesis on the theme of Waldorf Teacher's Identity Formation, because I believe we have to show our outstanding values to mainstream education and we can give important impulses to the wider cultural environment. I think investigations in the field of today's science can help to understand Waldorf education on a deeper level, and we can connect it with the results of anthroposophical knowledge. I try to realise it in a practical way, like in problem solving courses. I also believe in the importance of cooperation and cultural exchange in Central European Countries. Teaching in English is a new challenge for me and I learned a lot in my journey to Bucarest in October. So, I would be glad to be part of your initiative.
